Drunks in the Streets

Another day in Fremont, another round of drunks to be scooped off the streets and sent to the hospital.  Last night it was a man down on Grimmer with bottles of booze nearby.  Later at the Motel 6 North, an elderly man was passed out.  He smelled of beer and had urinated on himself.  Now on Paseo in front of the Petit Cafe, a man down.   I don't know which is worse-  drunks passed out or the tweakers roaming the streets at all hours.
