Security Guard Has Crappy Day

He told him not to do it.  He did it anyway and left the evidence behind.  Doubtful, however, that investigators will take a DNA sample.  You see, another human being has defecated in public here in Fremont this morning.  This time it was in a parking lot adjacent to Civic Center and BART Way.  After the act was completed, according to radio traffic, the suspect got into a vehicle and nearly struck the guard on his way out of the lot.  I believe they have a license plate so the sinker can expect a knock and talk from the PD.
