Helicopter Activity at Quarry Lakes

East Bay Regional Parks helicopter Eagle 7 is circling Quarry Lakes assisting FPD in looking for a theft suspect.  Two males taking items from a vehicle were interrupted by the vehicle's elderly owner.  The owner chased the two young males into Quarry Lakes from Isherwood.  I believe one male was caught by FPD and the subject has a few no bail warrants.  Officers are out in the park on foot searching for the other male.  Eagle is presently at 900 feet in an orbit.
