Jack In The Box Robbed at Gunpoint

Officers are on the way to the Jack in the Box in Irvington after a man with a handgun robbed the cashier.  He showed the employee a gun and said "this isn't a joke".  The suspect was last seen northbound on Fremont Blvd on foot.  Suspect wearing a construction vest and hardhat.  Apparently today is NOT payday for this guy.  Officers now on scene and have verified that this is a valid robbery.

    Wasn't the guy who was seen stealing a package off someones porch and then ran onto the construction site also wearing an orange vest and a white hard hat? Did he rob a Jack in the Box first?

    The robbery occurred while the first guy was still on the roof, but taken into custody 15 minutes later. I believe he acquired the vest and hardhat from the roof. So, two different guys.
