Men With Their Pants Down

Three reports in the last 24 hours or so of men dropping their drawers.  A man behind the Subway by Raley's dropped his pants and defecated on the ground.  This morning a man in a car in the Irvington district had his pants off and exposing himself to pedestrians.  And around 11 o'clock last night a man was standing on the median on Mowry at Cherry, dropping his pants as cars approached.  Perhaps they were celebrating the winter solstice.  Or maybe they have mental issues....
