Mail Carrier Beat Up in Union City
A mail carrier delivering mail at an apartment complex on Decoto Road in Union City was assaulted today. The male suspect left with a female on foot and may reside in the complex. Several witnesses have come forward and it appears an arrest is pending. The victim was beat unconscious per one witness and another said he was awake, but could not talk.

Maybe they found out he wasn't delivering the mail? Until he had phished through it first?
ReplyDeleteI only mention this because i've been waiting on some mail for too long now, and today the mailman rang our doorbell and said he accidently delivered the neighbors mail to us. I went and got it out of the box in the garage and brought it to the front door. I handed him the letters one at a time after checking the name, about eight in all. All of them were from financial institutions. One Letter was for me, from publisher's clearinghouse. I'm sure it was all completely normal.
Mail carriers have never opened, checked and resealed any mail that wasn't theirs. They have never been known to have anything but the highest moral character.
