Man With Pants Down at Peets

At times it seems that Peets Coffee on Paseo is ground zero for transients misbehaving.  A security guard has called in to say a homeless man is sleeping by the doorway and refuses to leave.  And, oh, he has his pants down.  So much for that fresh cup of coffee and pastry....  Two of Fremont's finest are en route to encourage him to hitch up his pants and move along.  There will be another call about this man later in the day.  Guaranteed.
