This poster appears to have been written by someone not familiar with Fremont. There is no "Sears parking lot" in Fremont. They may be referring to the Newpark Mall in Newark where Sears used to be. And that is off of Mowry. I wonder where people will end up staging...Newpark Mall or The Hub? I have the police scanner tuned to FPD, NPD and UCPD.
With respect...did you actually read the poster ? Sears parking lot (the old sears) on Mowry then over to FPD.
ReplyDeleteI read the poster several times to try and make sense of it. To my knowledge there was no Sears store in Fremont. The shopping center in Fremont on Mowry is known as The Hub, not a mall. Now, there is a mall in Newark off of Mowry that had a Sears store. This is the confusion and a Fremont local would have known the difference.
