Man With A Gun Call at Sprouts

Details are slim, but a man with a coat over his arm told at least one person in front of Sprouts that he had a gun.   Several witnesses saw him leave the area to the east towards Rite Aid.  Within minutes several Fremont police officers were in the area.  A K-9 officer located the mid 20s male subject on Mowry near Paseo Padre walking westbound.  Seconds later he was intercepted and arrested.  There appears to be no injuries to anyone involved.  This may be a case of a mentally ill man acting out.  There were no reports of a gun observed or located that I heard.  An officer did call for an ambulance for a mental evaluation.
