A Fremont man was arrested on Valentine's Day for revenge porn, according to arrest records posted on the S.F. Gate website (sfgate.com). The website lists city of residence of those arrested, but not the arresting agency. The name has been omitted by this blog, but here is the charge:
2/14/2019: ANY PERSON WHO DISTRIBUTES PHOTOGRAPHS OR
IMAGED OF INTIMATE BODY PART OF ANOTHER W/INTENT TO CAUSE SERIOUS
EMOTIONAL DISTRESS.
