Black smoke coming from the garage of a two story over garage apartment complex on Lincoln Street at Union Street. Fremont Fire units are arriving now.
Update: Just about have "knock down" on fire in garage and are now checking for extension into the apartment. Smoke coming from vent above second floor.
All clear on the two floors. Blower in use now to clear basement/garage of smoke. FPD being dispatched for traffic control.
