Police/Fire Activity on Paseo at Mowry; May Be Fentanyl Related

A citizen reported a vehicle swerving near Mowry and Paseo, then coming to a stop with the driver slumped over the wheel.  An officer on scene advised that there may be fentanyl in a bag in the car.  The FFD hazardous materials truck was called in for clean up.
