Man With a Machete at Homeless Encampment

A citizen has phoned FPD to report a man with a machete outside of an encampment hacking at the weeds and talking to himself.  The party was concerned that he was high on drugs.   The encampment is located behind Timpanogas Circle and near the railroad tracks east of Mission Blvd.  At least 3 officers are on the way.
