Transient Females Acting Out This Morning

It's not even 8 a.m. and there have been 3 calls of women with anti-social behavior.  Down in Warm Springs on South Grimmer near 680 at woman was walking in the middle of the road.    On Osgood a woman in her 20s is reported to be very drunk and yelling at employees of a business.  And in U.C. a woman threw a rock at the windshield of a vehicle cracking it.  I guess the male transients are sleeping in today, but calls on them will surely appear.
