Crazy Man in Tree Throwing Pine Cones

Numerous officers are rolling code 3 to the Warm Springs area for a man acting crazy in a tree.  He is throwing pine cones and talking crazy stuff.  Officers are trying to talk him down from the tree and have less than lethal weapons available to keep him from running down Mission Blvd.  The exact location is unknown at this time, but appears to be in Zone 3 (south end of Fremont).  Engine 54 is standing by on Mission at South Grimmer.  Subject threatening to fight officers now.  He is off the tree and running!  OK, they have him detained and in cuffs.
