Foot Pursuit in the Glenmoor

Officers followed a stolen gray BMW X-1 from Fremont and Mowry into the Glenmoor neighborhood around 1:50 this afternoon.  The vehicle went north on Kimbro and then west on to Eggers before stopping.  The driver then fled on foot south on Kimbro and on to Canfield Drive where he was stopped.  An ambulance was requested for the suspect.  The extent of injuries are unknown.  Officers advised that they were not in pursuit, but the suspect apparently was aware of officers following him.
