A Full Moon at the 7-Eleven

A reader of this blog reports that a male was bent over, pants down, and waving his bare behind to passing motorists (and children) around 7:40 this morning, in front of the 7-Eleven at Mowry and Cherry.  This may be the same man that used the front of the building as a bathroom in recent days.  Unknown if he was apprehended for any of these events.  Having the man "move on" does not solve the issue.  24 hours in Santa Rita does not solve the issue.  The city needs to step up their efforts to get these people some help.
