Woman transient called in by the manager at Peets on Paseo for cursing at customers and refusing to leave the area. Call came in before 6 a.m., but day shift officers just now dispatched (6:45 a.m). This is not an unusual call except for the early hour.
So early. Even though it’s not an unusual call, why did it take 45 minutes to dispatch? The couldn’t have been that busy at that hour.
