Fremont Man Arrested in Oakland for Assault
A Fremont man with a history of violence was arrested yesterday in Oakland for felony assault with a deadly weapon, among other charges. Since March of 2019, Mr. Moses has been arrested 7 times for assault. While data on convictions is not available, this seems to be a violent man that should be kept off the streets.
