Police Activity at Black Bear Diner

A stolen car stop is in progress in the parking lot of the Black Bear Diner on Mowry by 880.  Huge scene.  Numerous patrol cars plus a motor sergeant and the K-9.  3 occupants in the car and they are being cooperative as they are being pulled out one at a time, felony stop style.
