Big Scene on Mission and Pickering

Police and fire dispatched to the area of Pickering and Mission for a report of two men overdosing, possibly on heroin.  One was in pretty bad shape.  The other seemed to respond to narcan.  Several fire companies were needed to work on the patients.  Police arrived within a few minutes and started CPR but I believe it was the FD that administered the narcan.
