Police Activity on Thornton

An angry, suicidal woman climbed a tree on the 4400 block of Thornton Avenue this morning after an apparent argument with her boyfriend.  Officers responded to the Pathway Community Church parking lot to find her over a wall and up a tree with jumper cables wrapped around her neck.  She was very agitated apparently about family drama.  Paramedics were called in to standby.  About 40 minutes after climbing the tree officers were able to talk  the woman down.
