A man passed away in his vehicle parked outside the Senior Center on Paseo Padre this morning. A citizen called FPD around 11:20 to report a man that appeared unconscious and not breathing in a vehicle. An officer arrived a few minutes later and determined him to be deceased. From radio traffic this does not seem to be a suspicious death.
