No Arrests in Garza Murder

Checking internet arrest records for East Bay cities, no one has been arrested for the murder of Anthony Garza.   FPD has made no announcements of an arrest and the Crime Reports website does not have the homicide listed on its map.  Data is provided to the web site by FPD and often they will withhold info from Crime Reports for an ongoing investigation.  Garza died last Wednesday in the Lucky's parking lot from an apparent single gun shot below the chest.  The suspect was spotted on video  entering the parking area some 15 minutes before confronting Garza.
Suspect drove a dark green Cadi Escalade...early 2000s similar to the picture below.
