Numerous officers are out at the Days Inn on Warm Springs Blvd on a report of a possible shooting. A woman called saying family members are in a room there and there was an argument followed by a shooting. She was not at the hotel, but was called by a family member. She then called police. The clerk, some 30 feet away, did not hear anything. There are only a small number of guests at the hotel. This is starting to sound like a domestic issue where the woman is calling in a bogus call to harass her ex.
Update: Police are calling occupants out of the room. 3 adults and 2 juveniles have exited so far.
Update: After searching the room a code 4 was put out and the ambulance on standby was advised to clear. Officers asked for the phone number of the reporting party.
