Update on Palomares Road Shooting

The East Bay Times has a story out on this shooting from yesterday.  The story says there was a pursuit and this is not correct, according to radio traffic.  The suspect's car was not "lit up" until turning onto Decoto Road and it then pulled over.  ACSO says the home owner shot at the vehicle as the driver was attempting to run him over and apparently not as it was fleeing the scene.
