Man Exposing Himself at Smart and Final

Officers are on the way to the Smart and Final store on Walnut on a report of a man exposing himself to customers as they leave the store.  The 50 year old man also urinated in public.  An officer on scene has asked for backup officer to "step it up" as he was not complying with orders.  This Not So Smart man will soon have a nice restroom to use at Santa Rita.
