Another Fremont Pursuit

An observant officer (unit 3-O-8) located a felony vehicle after dispatchers broadcast an LPR hit on a silver 03 Toyota Camry.  The vehicle tripped the reader on Fremont at Washington at 3:30, and 3 minutes later the officer was behind it on Fremont northbound at Stevenson.  A minute later he had backup units with him and turned on the red lights as they passed Mowry,  but the vehicle fled.  They continued north on Fremont, then turned west on Peralta then north on Dusterberry.  Then west on Thornton and then over 880 where it turned north on 880 in the southbound lanes where the pursuit was terminated.  This vehicle is wanted for the shooting of an occupied vehicle that occurred last month by the Outback on Stevenson.   There is also a burglary want associated with the vehicle.
