Patrol Blotter Still on Code 7

The staff  that creates the weekly patrol blotter (was daily at one time), must be in this cartoon below.  The blotter has not been published for nearly 7 weeks.  Crime continues in Fremont, yet the citizens have no idea what is happening.   Put down the donut and get back to work!
