Scary Moment for Parent at Central Park

A parent lost track of his 7 year old child with down syndrome around 30 minutes after sunset at Central Park last night, according to radio traffic.  The parent had 3 other children with him, but could not find the 7 year old.  He called police quickly and FPD responded a number of officers, including at least one motor officer who could easily drive the trails.  In short order the child was located with her mother and sister at the skate park.  Lost child calls are not unusual at Central Park and FPD is quick to respond a number of resources to assist.
