Another Steam Train False Alarm in Niles Canyon

I don't know why this keeps happening, but a steam train operating between Sunol and Niles triggered at least one call to the Alameda County Fire Dispatch Center in Livermore around 11:15 this morning.  A plume of smoke from the locomotive was once again thought to be from a vegetation fire in the canyon, even though it is a cool overcast morning.  Dispatchers and battalion chiefs should have a copy of the train operations.  At a minimum they should only dispatch one engine unless people are reporting flames.  A better job of questioning callers by dispatchers could save Fremont FD a lot of time and money.
