This call actually came out ten minutes before the BART call (see below) on Haven just east of Fremont Blvd. An officer, 1X17, had stopped a 19 year old assault suspect who may also be high on drugs. One minute after contacting the suspect the officer requested code 3 cover. A sergeant arrived a minute later and assisted in taking the young man into custody. I didn't know that October 1st was "resist a cop day".
