Man With A Stick Call

On Isherwood this evening, according to the victim, a homeowner struck a man walking by with a stick causing him to bleed.  He is not requesting medical help.  He will point out the house the homeowner went in to.  According to the victim, the suspect has an issue with homeless people in the area.  He described  the stick as seven foot long with white tape on it.  He also gestured towards his waist as if to have a gun, but none was scene.  Officers are now arriving on scene.
