A BART officer has called for code 3 cover to the BART station in Warm Springs. Fremont PD has several officers en route.
Update: This is taking placing on the ped bridge and is being reported by a citizen observing the officer in a struggle. Citizen now reports the suspect is in cuffs. An FPD lieutenant is on scene.
