Baby Not Breathing Call

Earlier this evening on Hastings someone called 9-1-1 to report a baby not breathing.  In addition to FFD paramedics, patrol officers were also dispatched as they could possibly arrive prior to the FD.  Within four minutes of being dispatched and prior to FFD arrival, an officer did arrive.  She reported that the baby was breathing and conscious.  Perhaps the baby recovered on her own or from a family member, but it's good to know that a CPR trained professional will be there to help you within minutes.
