This took a little research to decode.  Number 12 on the Seattle Seahawks was back up QB Sam Adkins back in the 70s.  They retired his number so the fans could be #12 like Texas A&M, if I understand that.  No other player wore #12 for Seattle.  So..this vehicle may be the son/daughter of #12 as Mr. Adkins is now in his 60s.  This was spotted on Grimmer.
