A known transient has passed out in the self check out lane at Raley's on Paseo. According to radio traffic, Raley's originally called in to report that the man was asked to leave and refused. Now he is passed out in the store. Probably drunk. Paramedics and officers are en route.
Update- listening in on the hospital channel...this is a 44 year old male with ETOH (alcohol), slurred words, vitals are stable. I believe the officer is writing a trespass citation for the man.
