SWAT Active Central at Fremont

I"m working on the location, but the SWAT team has raided a house.  At least two people are in custody and there are six others reported to be in the house, along with three loose dogs.  This event started around 7:45 a.m.  A drone is also active there.  A reader of this blog reports the SWAT activity is at Central and Fremont.  By 8:13 they have cleared the house.
