Unruly Transient at Mowry and Paseo

Two calls on this guy.  First from the ATT store saying the suspect told a customer "to go back to her country", then fled on foot towards Walgreens.  And wouldn't you know, Walgreens calls and says they have a male there yelling at customers.  Officers are on the way.  Oh, and it's only Monday.
