Woman With a Meat Cleaver

Officers are arriving now at a residence where three sisters are residing.  One of them has a meat cleaver that she is using in a threatening manner.  Updates to follow.
Officers are talking to the meat cleaver wielding woman.  They have now put out a code 4.  All people involved are accounted for and are ok.
