Man in Road With Pants Down

Good morning Fremont!  If you are driving around Deep Creek and Alvarado watch out for a man standing in the road with his sweat pants down.  Several people have called into dispatch about this ugly sight to behold, especially before the morning coffee kicks in (or maybe its better that way).
