Auto Burglaries Continue; Gun Taken
Several vehicles were broken into last night in the south part of town. The Fremont Police dispatcher informed officers that they had received "several auto burglary reports" around the 10 o'clock hour. Victims were at Club Sport and 24 Hour Fitness (Auto Mall). A handgun was taken from one of the burglaries. An officer stopped a vehicle that may have matched the suspect vehicle in these crimes on Fremont near Monroe. Several officers responded to assist. The suspect vehicle had no plates and was occupied by three people.

Not good leaving a gun in the car.
