Oh Where, Oh Where Has Geneva Bosques Gone?

She will answer your email.  She will answer your tweets.  She has a B.A. from Cal State Hayward and an M.A. from St. Mary's.  She is the Public Affairs Manager/PIO at Fremont Police.  According to TranparentCalifornia, in 2017 her total pay was $132,816.  She is a talented employee who has mastered social media.  Yet, when a homicide goes down in a small closely knit district, such as Niles, she is unable to over rule the detectives' insistence on silence.  I am giving her the benefit of the doubt here.  I'm assuming she wants to crank out social media posts but isn't allowed to do so.  Why a simple "We are investigating a homicide that occurred late Sunday night in Niles" is forbidden is beyond me.  Oakland PD would have had this out days ago.  But then again, this is an almost daily occurrence in Oakland.  If FPD isn't going to use her talents, let her move on to the private sector and give us back our $132,816.
