Another Crazy Person in Fight With Cops

Several people reported a woman walking north on Fremont Blvd in the traffic lanes.  An officer located her between Country and Eggers.  A third unit was called in to help and the woman could be heard screaming in the background.  She was safely detained moments later.  How long is this going to go on?  When will the city do something to remove the mentally ill from the streets?
