There is a man on the railroad tracks with his bicycle that is trapped by water on both sides of him per a person calling 9-1-1 a few minutes ago. Officers are now moving into the area to try and locate the subject who apparently is south of Auto Mall. A man did observe and talk to the man on the tracks and is now driving back to the city area to talk to officers. Union Pacific RR has been advised to stop all trains.
Update: Officers have just launched a drone in hopes of finding the man on the tracks.
At 10:10 officers completed search and did not locate subject.
