Bad Beer Complaint

A man at the 76 Station on Auto Mall is complaining that the beer he just bought there was no good and wanted his money back.  Bud Light, maybe?  The clerk said the man appeared to be a transient and was intoxicated and he would not give the customer his money back.  Officers are on the way there to keep the peace.  To those brave Zone 3 officers, "This Buds for you!"
