San Mateo Tesla Crash Update

With all due respect to the family of the driver of this Tesla, why would you continue to use the navigation system when you know there are errors, especially on this stretch of 101 where it tried to steer him into the barrier previously?  I think people that drive solely using an auto pilot are part of some Darwin plan of natural selection; survival of the fittest.  Those that die do not reproduce another crop of bad drivers.
