Many Niles residents will remember the Debra Abbey murder that went down in 2004. She was killed in her home on Mission Blvd, just a short distance up the road from yesterday's shooting.

they say they arrested a twenty-one year old for a murder that took place in 2004. WOW! he was seven years old when he blasted her because she saw him and his "gang" ripping off a car. Of course they're going to try this 2nd grader(at the time) as an adult, I hear his girlfriend(at the time) was a senior at Robertson.
