Police Activity in Niles Last Night

Around 11:30 last night a caller reported some strange activity in the vicinity of 3rd and J.  He was reporting people in a nearby garage saying "please don't kill me" and dispatchers could hear people in the background saying "its not real.  You are hallucinating".  Only one caller.  Four officers and a sergeant formed up and had paramedics stand by just in case it was real.  In the end, they did talk to one person and quickly put out a "code 4" shortly afterwards.  In all they must have been there close to 30 minutes and sounds like the reporting party was in fact seeing things.
