The shelves at Target at the Fremont Hub are empty of hand sanitizer. With the Bay Area having the highest concentration of coronavirus patients in the U.S. (4 of 11 confirmed cases), the demand for hand sanitizer is high. However, there is a healthy supply of Corona beer....
